There’s something about Bali that shifts something in you. 🌿

Maybe it’s the jungle air , the quiet moments, or the way time seems to slow down just enough for you to actually breathe again.

For this retreat, we found the most beautiful space tucked away in the jungle — just 20 minutes from the city, but it honestly feels like a completely different world.
During the week we’ll move gently through the chakras together… not in a heavy or serious way, but through experiences that actually let you feel them. ✨

Some things are hard to put into words, but if you’ve ever felt the power of being in a room where people feel safe, seen, and supported… you know what holding sacred space feels like.

Our Hatha Teacher Training at Westgate with Angie is about learning how to create that space — first for yourself, and then for others.

Through embodied practice, shared experience, and a lot of time actually practicing teaching, you’ll learn how to trust the wisdom of your body and your own inner guidance. By the time you graduate, stepping into the role of a teacher feels natural and grounded.

This training always becomes something really special. A group of people who come together to learn, practice, grow, and somehow end up feeling like a little community by the end of it.

If you’ve been feeling curious about going deeper in your practice or sharing yoga with others, this could be the place to begin.

Flow wouldn’t be what it is without you. The community you built has touched so many lives🤍 from the teachers who found their path here to the students who found a place to belong.

And on International Women’s Day, we’re also celebrating all the incredible women in our team and community who make Flow what it is every day💛

Thank you to everyone who joined us to celebrate and honor our beloved teacher, Jillian Coogan.

Last night we gathered in community to share many of the things she loved most, meditation, breathwork, music, movement, storytelling, and remembering her beautiful, authentic light. Jillian had such a passion for healing, curiosity, and all things wonderfully “woo,” and it felt so special to honor her in ways that reflected her spirit.

Hundreds of people came together, including members of her family who shared touching stories and memories with us. The outpouring of love was deeply felt and so needed. Grieving together as a community felt right, and we know Jillian would have loved seeing us all gathered, doing the very things she loved most.

Her light lives on in all of us. 🤍

If you want a spiritual experience that gives you tools to reduce stress and creates meaningful living, come to our Kundalini classes at Anderson and Westgate. If you wish for some long, slow holds that will sink into your deeper connective tissues, take a Yin. And if you desire a sense of rest that’s deeper than sleep, take a Yoga for Stress Management class.
