I’m honored to be supporting an upcoming one-day women’s somatic retreat here in Austin and am grateful to share it with our growing community.

(for)rest is a trauma-informed, nature-based somatic immersion designed to support nervous system regulation, gentle release, and embodied renewal — without pushing, forcing, or overwhelm.

This experience is intentionally slow and deeply held. It’s for women who are tired of bracing, carrying it all alone, or starting the year already depleted — and who are ready for rest that actually reaches the body.

Throughout the day, you’ll be supported through:

• Sound healing (this is where I’ll be supporting ✨)
