Stomach 36 is one of the most frequently used points in my clinic. It helps to regulate the immune system and has been shown in research to upregulate and downregulate the immune system. That's because the body is so smart, it knows that sometimes the immune system is overreacting and needs to calm down, and other times the opposite is true, and it needs to activate the immune system.

If you still need some acupuncture self-care this week before the busy weekend, there are several appointments available on Thursday afternoon, and you can book through the link below.

I've also had one patient report that the online calendar is full for this week and next week - but that's not true! If the online calendar tells you nothing is available, PLEASE email me so I can double-check for you. (And email me a screenshot of the calendar so I can trouble-shoot the issue.) The specific time slot you want may not be available, but there are multiple appointments available every day at the clinic over the next 2 weeks.

And my last day in the clinic for the year will be Tuesday, Dec. 23rd. So come see me soon! :-)
