✨🌞 Blessed New Year, radiant Del Sol family 🌞✨
Another cycle completes. Another begins.
The sun rises, the mats unroll, and somehow…because of you, our hearts warmer, and our community brighter. This past year brought new faces, kind hearts, deep breaths, and sacred sweat. We are endlessly grateful, and excitable about what 2026 is quietly preparing for us.
As the calendar turns, so does our practice and schedule…
☀️ Slow Flow Yoga
A moving meditation. A soft conversation between breath and body.
This practice unfolds slowly…like tai chi whispering to yoga…steady, grounded, and intentional. For 30 minutes we flow gently, feeling the inner currents awaken. Then we surrender into 30 minutes of yin, where time stretches and the nervous system sighs in relief.
Side effects may include unexpected peace and a strong desire to cancel all other plans. 🧘🏽♀️
Replacing weekday evening Yin + now appearing Saturdays at 11:30am.
☀️ Turbo Ashtanga
Think focused and efficient … with a stopwatch. ⏱️
A 45 minute lunchtime Ashtanga practice that honors the lineage and your schedule. We begin on time, conclude on time, and somehow still touch fire, focus, and flow. Proof that discipline can also be kind.
☀️ Earlier Evenings
As the sun sets a little sooner, so do we.
All evening classes now begin at 5:30pm, making space for families, dinners, sunsets, and softer nights…because yoga should support your life, not complicate it. 🙏🏽
We look forward to breathing together, bowing together, and moving through this next year with intention, humor, and open hearts.
