This one felt extra vulnerable. I was dealing with major imposter syndrome knowing the kind of therapy I have been doing for a decade would be scrutinized. And it was.

I have body dysmorphia, so watching tapes of myself was extremely triggering on top of selecting years' worth of footage demonstrating my "best" work. I'm grateful for the panel of professors who gave me the critiques. But OOOF it was harsh. Just glad to be done. One step closer to getting my PhD, just have to defend my dissertation in the fall :)
