Vertical wrinkles don’t occur naturally on the forehead or cheek. Then what caused this!? 🤔
Side sleeping! Sleeping on the same side every night compresses your face against the pillow, crumpling and folding the skin into a deep permanent line. 😳
Back sleeping is much better for protecting your face. But if you’re a committed side sleeper (and many people are!), I recommend switching to a silk or satin pillowcase - they grip less on the skin. The difference can be real. 🌙🛏️ I recently shared more commentary in an article featured in
