👋🏻👋🏻 hey y'all! We are still here! We've been heads down in sessions and our own personal self care (unprecedented times continue). But I wanted to share some pics from our team post holiday social at yesterday. It felt so good to all be together and put our hands in dirt. 🌱🌵

Y'all please help me welcome Amber Chavis, LMSW, to Austin City Counseling! Amber is the newest therapist to join our team and she starts TODAY. When I tell you that I am excited, I am ✨e x c i t e d✨ to have Amber at Austin City Counseling. 👏

Amber graduated with her MSW from the University of South Carolina and is currently completing her PhD also in Social Work. In the therapy room, Amber specializes in:
🌸Women's health, specifically working with millennial and genz women with anxiety.
🌸Supporting women through the umbrella of challenges surrounding family planning, including navigating the complexities of infertility, pregnancy, and the very common yet challenging realities of postpartum mental health.

More personally, Amber is truly a delightful person to spend time with. From the first contact I had with Amber, I could immediately feel the safe space she creates for others. She has a really beautiful way of being poised yet personable. Y'all will love her. 🥹
