There are still a few hours left before Soul Strong Yoga's 2nd Annual Yoga for Relief, a 1-hour community class in honor of Black History Month. Bring your yoga mat and meet me in studio A at 7:30pm to move through some restorative postures before settling into savasana for a yoga nidra sleep meditation accompanied by chimes and crystal bowls.
