👉🏼An in-office treatment doesn’t make up for lack of daily care.

Most patients perceive that “lifestyle, sun exposure, diet, and compliance with a daily skin regimen” impacted their skin’s appearance more than “getting professional skincare treatments.” They are right.

🗣️According to research, WHAT WE DO ON A DAILY BASIS AFFECTS THE AGING OF OUR SKIN (both positively and negatively) MORE THAN A SPORADIC OFFICE TREATMENT! 📣

Potent causes of aging, including
•SMOKING and VA**NG
•UV exposure
•poor quality, high glycemic diet
is estimated to account for 80% of the visible signs of skin aging,

whereas intrinsic aging, which is genetically determined, accounts for only 20%.

Likewise, what we do for our skin on a daily basis has 80% of the impact on how our skin ages. 🙌🏼
Without a daily anti-aging regimen of very specific ingredients (ie: the GRASS ingredients) renewal of the epidermis requires 40-60 days in the elderly compared with just 28 days in young adults. Dermal collagen fibrils harden, and collagen production decreases on average by 68% by age 80. But, both of these measures can remain largely at bay if we follow a solid topical anti-aging routine to slow the rate of deterioration.

Aesthetic services from facelifts and blepharoplasties to injections with volumizing fillers and neurotoxins are the bread and butter of plastic surgery practices, yet they DO NOT adequately address the intrinsic or extrinsic aging of the skin.
But, evidence-based daily skincare routines potentially have the most significant long-term impact on the overall quality of a person’s complexion.
