We are an orthopedic physical therapy company aimed to bring the best manual and manipulative physical therapy has to offer to you in your home. Each session gives the patient one on one time for evaluation and treatment. We employ only highly specialized clinicians with advanced clinical certifications. She is also board certified in orthopedic manual physical therapy as well as manipulative phys

ical therapy. She is certified in trigger point dry needling. She received a masters and doctorate degree in physical therapy. Work experience includes outpatient orthopedic clinics, home health, and performance arts. She has spent the last four years living in Las Vegas and working for Cirque du Soleil. Kelli recently relocated back to the DFW area. She is excited to service the Dallas Fort Worth mid-cities.

the Peterson step up was originally created in 1985 for World Cup skiers recovering from knee injuries. itโ€™s been in clinical and athletic rehab ever since. We still use it because it works.

low bench is intentional. it trains terminal knee extension, the last few degrees of straightening your knee that you lose first after injury, surgery, or chronic pain. it also demands single-leg stability and control that most exercises donโ€™t touch.

this is one of the first things I prescribe when someone walks in with knee pain.
