Dr. Brian N Forrest, DC Dr. Brian N. Forrest is a chiropractor serving the greater Austin area. Specializing in rehabilitati Dr. Forrest has a passion for sports, athletes and competing.

Dr. Forrest attended Texas State University in San Marcos where he received his bachelors of science degree in biology and chemistry, graduating with academic honors. Dr. Forrest graduated with his doctorate from Texas Chiropractic College in Pasadena, TX. He graduated Magna Cum Laude and as Salutatorian of his graduating class, where he was then inducted into the Omega Psi Honors society. While attending Chiropractic School Dr. Forrest spent time assisting and working clinical rotations at Rice University in the athletics department, as well as at Bridge Over Troubled Water Women’s & Children’s Home, and El-Centro-Medical Center a low income and under privileged patients facility. During this time, he also served as a Clinical Teaching Assistant within the Moody Health Center. Dr. Forrest’s post-graduate training and certifications consist of various evidence based techniques including Graston Technique and Rocktape Certification. Graston Technique is a form of manual therapy known as instrument-assisted soft-tissue mobilization which is used to treat soft tissue injuries. While Rocktape is a special form of tape knows as “kinesiology tape” and is used to treat injuries and improve sports performance. Part of Dr. Forrest’s time outside of the office is spent working as Head Medical Support Staff for the Texas Xtreme Semi-pro football team. He has a background in boxing and currently competes in powerlifting. In addition to working out, Dr. Forrest enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife, the outdoors and hunting.

A big Thank you to everyone that has helped out my family this week. We have a giant support group and it has really showed. I could not be more proud to be from Gatesville.
Everyone is safe from the fire that happened early Monday morning, including pets, and Mom was the only one home.
They only managed to save a few clothes and personal belongings.
Unfortunately, there was no insurance on the house, so it looks like we will be trying to find a place for Mom to lease until it is clear what can be done with the property. We are still waiting to see where Redcross will help as well.
