We have a client in need of a hospital bed. If you or someone you know has a working electric hospital bed you would like to pass on, it would be much appreciated! Please reach out to Martha at our office 507-433-9609 (Mon - Thur 9:30 am - 3 pm closed from 12-1) and she will connect you to the individual in need!

When Austin public schools are closed, our office & activies are also closed/cancelled. That being said, our office is closed today and there will be no bingo hosted by us at Lansing Corners tonight 12/10/2025. We are hopeful to see everyone next week on 12/17/2025 at Lansing Corners. Stay safe, stay warm, don’t travel if you don’t have to!

Claire Schneider (second from right) is currently living at Saint Marys Hospital in Rochester waiting for a heart transplant. It's been an incredibly hard journey for the family, and they're looking for small ways to keep Claire's spirits up. That's where YOU come in!

*UPDATE* Family has been able to find individuals and a truck to move the bed!!

We have a client in need of emergent assistance moving a hospital bed TODAY from Blooming Prarie to Austin. We are looking for 2-4 able bodied individuals and 1 truck. Family is willing to pay $20 for gas reimbursement. If you are able to assist, PLEASE contact Martha in our office at 507-433-9609 to coordinate. Thank you!

We are extremely thankful to the Austin VFW Post 1216 and the Austin & Pacelli Class of 1973 for a donation of $1,000. Donations like these are what enable us to continue to offer our services FREE of charge to any and all individuals within Mower County with a physical disability.

We have a 47 year old client with Stage 4 Cancer and has the opportunity to come home in December to be with her with family before she passes away. She is in need of an electric hospital bed for her home. If you or someone you know has one they would like to pass on to someone in need, please reach out to Martha at our office 507-433-9609. Her family has the ability to pick up and transport the bed.

We have a client who is in need of a mobility scooter similar to this style for his wife. She has suffered from a stroke and is now in assisted living and is having difficulties navigating the building. If you or someone you know has a working mobility scooter like this style to pass on to someone in need, PLEASE reach out to Martha at our office 507-433-9609.
