A meta-analysis found that cervical traction does significantly reduce neck pain. This can be a helpful adjunctive treatment for those with arthritis or looking at a computer all day (🙋🏻‍♀️) by gently stretching the vertebrae and muscles to relieve pressure and pain in the neck. Clingy dogs approve.
