Movement is medicine. Whether it’s yoga, stretching, or simply walking, find a way to move that feels good for your body. Mindful movement helps release built-up stress, increase endorphins, and improve your mood.

Just commit to MOVEMENT. Commitment is showing up on the day you don’t feel like it. When it’s cold. When you’re tired. When nobody’s watching. Thats progress. Show up for you, you owe yourself that.

It' not one thing & it doesn't fit in an IG post.

It's the way people stick around after class to talk or go grab coffee.

How you can have a terrible day and still show up because you know these people care.

How various members spontaneously offer to help with little projects around the space. No expectations attached.

The way people celebrate others wins, large or small.

How the coaches show up for each person and know how to help.

We call it a "gym" but, it's so much more than that.

It's the palace where a lot of us feel most like ourselves.
