Clinical Ops teams are specifically looking for clinicians who understand real care delivery — not just process maps. The complexity of high-acuity environments, the cross-functional coordination, the pressure — that's exactly the experience industry employers want to see translated, not left off the resume.

MatchDay does. Before you commit to a transition, you should know what the market looks like for your credential and your target role — not a vague range, a realistic one.

RNs moving into Clinical Ops are landing $85K–$110K in year one. Pharma roles are consistently paying 20–30% more than health system salaries for the same clinical background. And most MatchDay Fellows land within 3–6 months of completing the program.

The "perfect time" to change careers doesn't exist—but the cost of waiting does.
Every January, we watch professionals promise themselves "this year will be different"... then postpone action until next year. And the next.

Here's what waiting actually creates:
→ More overthinking, less clarity
→ More burnout, less energy to change
