- thin, brittle hair
- dry, flaky skin
- constipation
- bloating
- muffin top (stubborn abdominal fat) that won’t go away despite things that used to work
- noise sensitivity
- decreased tolerance ……for…….you name it
- difficulty falling and/or staying asleep
