LOVE VS. ATTACHMENT
A Buddhist Perspective
Saturday, February 21
11am-12:15pm

We often look for happiness outside ourselves—especially in our relationships. When we place too many expectations on others, it can quietly strain love and connection. In this class, we explore a Buddhist approach to cultivating inner happiness, allowing our relationships to become more open, loving, and free.

Angelina Fadool, teacher from KMC Austin, will share Buddha’s teachings on love versus attachment. By controlling our attachment and learning how to love purely, we experience a deep inner happiness and peace that benefits both ourself and others. Free.

Everyone welcome!

What is Ta**ra?
Live streamed event
Saturday, February 21
11am-12:15pm

Ta**ra is an inner spiritual technology that harnesses the power of our imagination to bring about swift transformation. In this class we will introduce how Ta***ic practice allows us to let go of our ordinary limited view of ourselves, and how to meditate very deeply with subtle and peaceful states of mind that have great power to purify our mind completely.

The gateway through which we enter Ta**ra is receiving a Ta***ic empowerment. An empowerment bestows upon us special blessings that heal our mental continuum and awaken our Buddha nature.

This introductory class is meant to encourage those who have not received a Ta***ic empowerment to consider attending the UK Summer Festival at Manjushri KMC in England.

Buddha taught that much of our stress comes from craving—wanting things to be different—and clinging to people, experiences, and outcomes. When life inevitably changes, this grasping leads to anxiety and frustration.

In this series, Noreen Flack shares practical Buddhist teachings and meditations on letting go without becoming passive or indifferent. Each class includes a teaching, contemplation, and guided meditation to help cultivate inner freedom, emotional balance, and a more spacious relationship with life as it is.
