Have you beeen struggling to get into your groove after the holidays? Pick one Morning Mantra each day.Apply an oil of your choice on your thumb and fingertip.
Believe or Awaken oils are a good option.

1) Get into a comfortable position, seated or lying down.
2) Inhale and exhale slowly to calm your body and mind.
3) Next, do some alternate nostril breathing.
Cover one nostril with your thumb as you breath in through the other nostril.
Then switch to cover the other nostril with your middle finger as you breath out through the open nostril. Do this breathing for 2-5 minutes.
4) Choose one morning mantra and repeat it as least 3 times or more as you breathe in the oil on your fingertips.
5) Say it with true intent as if it already happening in your life.
6) Repeat this morning reset daily!
