Garbling plants is what we do before the chopping part of the process. It means to remove debris and other plant material you won’t use. And maybe, if you’re lucky, you’ll find a Painted Lady chrysalis that is ready to bust out as a butterfly. In my case, I found 2! 🦋

I started organizing support efforts and resources for Central Texans affected by flooding into a Google drive sheet. Please share it if it feels helpful.

You are welcome to share… hoping this helps spread the word on how you help. It includes resources like in person volunteer opportunities, monetary and physical donation sites, places offering food, etc. It’s not very pretty but I wanted to get something out there ASAP.

DM me details of anything here I'm missing and I'll add it to the list. I'll update as needed for as long as I can. Happy to take any suggestions on a better way to organize / share all of this info in one spot. I just had to start getting something out there and helping how I feel I can right now.

🍉 1/2 watermelon, chopped
🍋‍🟩 juice of two whole limes
🥥 1-2 cups of coconut water
🌊 Pinch of good salt

Blend, strain, pour over ice and enjoy, friends.

I recently went through Level 1 studies in astrology with .harelik - highly recommended if you’re curious about reading charts or learning more about your own astrology.

Anyhow, as I learn more about my own chart I started to notice that certain traits shown there mirror certain aspects of ADHD and it got me thinking… is it really a disorder or is it just written in the stars that I was going to have these wacky challenges in life. 😝
