Every movement depends on two things: your ability to move freely and your ability to stay in control while you do it. Strength alone isn’t enough if your body feels tight and restricted.

Ramping up means doing enough to move forward without overwhelming yourself. It looks like building consistency first and letting intensity come later.

If you have a history of training or athletics, this is not new. You never started at full speed. You built into it. Give yourself permission to take the long view. That is how progress actually lasts. 🌱
