Your social media feed is part of your mental environment.

What you scroll, like, and follow every day shapes how you see yourself and the world. If certain accounts leave you feeling drained, insecure, or stuck in comparison, it’s okay to unfollow, mute, or step back.

Curating your feed isn’t petty, it’s self-care. Protect your peace, follow what inspires you, and remember that your mental health matters more than anyone else’s content.

🚨NEW GROUP ALERT 🚨

Healing from complex trauma doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in safe spaces, with people who understand.

This 12-week group is for adults living with complex trauma who want to better understand their nervous system, build steadiness, and experience real connection with others on a similar path. Through guided conversations and practical tools, the goal is to move from simply surviving to living with more choice and safety.

If parts of this flyer resonate with you, you’re not alone, and support is here. Reach out to Alya to learn more!

If your relationship with food or your body feels exhausting, you deserve support. Healing is possible - even if part of you is scared to let go.
