We had an amazing time at the Movement & Mingle 5K hosted by the PT and OT Therapy Department at Ascension Seton!

While the Ascension network held a virtual 5K nationwide, our team helped bring the energy in person — with movement, laughs, prizes, and a great dose of team spirit!

It’s always a blast sharing the joy of running and fitness with fellow healthcare professionals and companies dedicated to health and wellness. 💪🎉
