Retirement Announcement

Dear patients,

It is with mixed emotions that I announce my retirement from active medical practice, effective October 18th, 2024. It has been my pleasure and privilege to help guide your healthcare needs over the last 40+ years.

I will be seeing patients up to October 18th to ensure proper transfer of records and medications. You may seek medical care from another doctor if you prefer.

Many of you have come to rely on direct access to me through personal outreach. Beginning October 19, 2024, I will no longer be able to provide any medical guidance. I will not have the ability to prescribe any medication, and I will not have access to your medical records, thus, all your medical questions will need to go through your new medical team. We will be in the process of directing a secure team to hold medical records by law compliance after my retirement and an update will follow once that team is secured.

Your medical records are confidential, and a copy can be transferred to another doctor. If you choose to see a different physician, please let the office know as soon as possible so we can transfer your records to your new doctor to prevent any disruption in your medical care.

I have valued our relationship over the years more than you can imagine. We have grown together. Thank you for your loyalty and friendship over the years.

Hopefully, my voice will go with you. Take your medications every day. Exercise. Meditate. And be happy. I will be cheering you on from the sidelines!

Teaching relaxation & self-hypnosis
Hypnosis & EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
Analytically-oriented psychotherapy including Ego-State Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Encouragement to live life in general wellness
In the cases of children & teenagers, parental counseling
Play therapy with children if indicated. However, as I want to be practical/economical/effective, I always involve parents in this process as they are with the child each day"

Your safety and the safety of our staff is very important.

We have not been able to safely come into the office but are working diligently from home to address your concerns. Appointments for today and tomorrow have been modified to tele-health appointments. Please check your email for your link.

At this time, the electricity in our office is down but we are still able to check messages through our secondary line. If you have a medical emergency, please call 911.
