Do you have hip pain? I had a new Reiki client come in with hip pain. We'll call her Jane. She was referred by a friend, let's call her Carmen. Carmen has had lifelong hip pain. She came to see me last month and has been pain free ever since.

When I reached out to thank Carmen for the referral, she said Jane had already called to tell her that her hip feels better already.

That is just one if many reasons why I love my work. 🦚❤️🦚

Take a deep breath. You're going to be ok. These are stressful times.

We need to take good care of ourselves and tend lovingly to our nervous system and to ourselves in general. It's time to build supportive relationships with friends and neighbors.

The resistance needs us to be as well as we can be so we can keep our wits about us and keep showing up.
