🌟 Meet Dr. Jessica Best, Medical Director at Ally Medical ER Central Austin🌟

For Dr. Best, one of the most meaningful parts of emergency medicine is the people. In the ER, she cares for patients of all ages, backgrounds, and acuity levels—and she deeply appreciates the gratitude patients in the community show for the care they receive at Ally Medical ER.

When she’s not at work, Dr. Best loves spending time with her husband and two toddlers, exploring all that Austin has to offer. From local activities and festivals to traveling outside of Texas when they can, family adventures are always on the agenda—usually with their dachshund, Pickles, right by their side 🐾.

Dr. Best describes herself in three words:
Personable. Reliable. Organized.
She loves connecting with people, takes pride in being dependable for those around her, and thrives in environments that are clean, efficient, and well-organized.

Originally born at Seton Main on 38th Street and raised in Colorado, Dr. Best’s experiences living and traveling around the world have shaped her into someone who is adaptable, flexible, and deeply interested in learning from people of all cultures and backgrounds. Today, she calls Central Austin home—drawn to the walking trails, festivals, incredible food scene, and energy that make the city feel alive.

Today, Ally Bear made a special stop to help pass out gifts and spread some extra holiday cheer for Pre-K students. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support local schools and help make the season a little brighter for our community’s youngest learners. ❤️

Thank you to Austin Trail of Lights for hosting such a magical holiday event ✨🦌

Our team had a wonderful time attending the Austin Trail of Lights and hosting a reindeer food–making station where kids could create special treats for Santa’s reindeer.

It was such a fun and festive event to connect with families and spread holiday cheer throughout our community!

We’re grateful to KMFA Classical 89.5 for hosting such a wonderful finale to the 2025 Midday Series! 🎶✨

Ally Medical ER Central had a fantastic time attending the Jazz Nutcracker showcase. We enjoyed connecting with guests, sharing some cold-and-flu-season swag, and hosting a festive gingerbread-making activity to add a little holiday cheer. The jazz twist on The Nutcracker made this December program the perfect way to wrap up the year.
