Andi has been crushing it with weekly personal training sessions with Sammy, one of our personal trainers and FIT instructors, 2-3x a week for the past 5 months!

After her most recent DXA scan, she’s blown us away by shedding 20lbs of fat and gaining 6lbs of lean muscle since her scan in early January! πŸ™ŒπŸ½
