Our Dr. Seuss social was so fun. We had Dr. Seuss themed snacks including green eggs and ham pretzel bites and cat in the hat skewers and played finish the Dr. Seuss quote! 😻🎩🍳

Hot Chocolate Cookies ☕🍪

Soft, gooey, and cozy cookies that taste just like hot cocoa in dessert form. Easy to make, perfect for weekends, or cold nights in ✨

Ingredients
🧈 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
🍬 1/2 cup sugar
🍯 1/2 cup brown sugar
🥚 1 egg
🌼 1 tsp vanilla extract
🌾 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
☕ 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix (powdered, not syrup)
🥄 1/2 tsp baking soda
🧂 1/4 tsp salt
🍫 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
🤍 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions
✅ Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
✅ Mix in egg and vanilla
✅ In a separate bowl, whisk flour, hot cocoa mix, baking soda, and salt
✅ Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed
✅ Fold in chocolate chips
✅ Chill dough for 20–30 minutes to prevent spreading
✅ Scoop onto a lined baking sheet
✅ Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 9–11 minutes
✅ Immediately press mini marshmallows on top
✅ Let sit 2–3 minutes, then return to oven for 1 minute to melt marshmallows
✅ Cool slightly (or don’t 😄) and enjoy the gooey magic
