🎃 Pumpkin Protein Balls Recipe 🎃

These no-bake pumpkin protein balls are a delicious and nutritious snack packed with fiber, healthy fats, and seasonal flavor. Perfect for a quick energy boost or a healthy treat!

Ingredients
🥣 ¾ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
🥣 ¼ cup almond or cashew butter
🥣 ¼ cup pumpkin puree
🥣 1 scoop (25 g) vanilla protein powder
🥣 ½ tablespoon ground flaxseed
🥣 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
🥣 1 teaspoon chia seeds
🥣 3 tablespoons maple syrup
🥣 Pinch of cinnamon
🥣 1 tablespoon chocolate chips

Instructions
1️⃣ Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stir until well blended.
2️⃣ Use a small cookie scoop or tablespoon to form the mixture into 12 bite-sized balls.
3️⃣ Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.

Meet our November Shining Star, Jessica Sanchez!

Jessica is a valuable asset to our Continental concierge team. In her spare time, when she is not taking care of her home or schooling her children, she enjoys fishing and mini golf with her husband and 2 boys.

Her favorite thing about working at The Continental is that everyone has made her feel like family. She loves getting to know every resident and team member. She also appreciates the new perspective it’s given her on what life could be one day.
