New Class Alert!!! We are excited to offer a new Beginner's Mat Course. It is a 6-week pilates course offered on Tuesdays at 12:15-1:10 pm starting January 20th through February 24th. This class will teach you to move well on the mat, gain confidence and strength in your body, and learn amongst a supportive community environment. The class takes place at the Be Well Austin Yoga House right across from our studio. Our hands 🙌🏻 do so much. If our hands and forearms are tight, it can cause the shoulder to have to work more than it needs to. Try rolling out your hands and see if you can sense a difference up to your shoulders and maybe even your neck.
