Four months postpartum and back at work, I’m re-evaluating how I care for myself.
Motherhood makes it easy to pour everything into everyone else—and forget yourself.
As a naturopathic doctor, I know my health and happiness ripple into my family’s wellbeing.
Still, there are only so many hours in a day. All I can do is my best and when possible prioritize my needs in an effort to be whole, happy and present.

Coming back to work after birthing my 3rd baby has brought a deeper sense of purpose and a humbling reminder that clarity doesn’t arrive all at once.
I’m re-entering familiar spaces as someone changed,
listening more carefully for what fits,
and giving myself permission to orient slowly.
This version of me deserves that time and thankfully my team supports me 🥰
