A cookie with 36g of protein. You heard that right. 🍪

This salted caramel peanut butter cookie, powered by our Salted Caramel Prime Protein, is perfectly gooey and decadent.

You’ll need:
-1 cup creamy peanut butter
-1 cup Salted Caramel Prime Protein Powder
-1/2 cup coconut sugar
-2 eggs
-1/2 tsp baking soda
-1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
2. Fold in chocolate chips
3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
4. Form balls of the dough on the pan (6 for giant cookies, 8 for large!)
5. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 mins
6. Let set – they’ll be a little gooey straight out of the oven!

The perfect protein-packed Valentine’s Day treat is here! Enjoy this tasty treat while also reaping the benefits of added protein and clean ingredients. ❣️🍫

Ingredients:
-1/4 cup almond butter
-135g raspberries (about 1 small container)
-3 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 scoop Vanilla Prime Protein
-4 tbsp gluten free oat flour
-Sea salt

Chocolate Coating:
-5g coconut oil
-1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. Mash raspberries in a large bowl
2. Combine all other ingredients (except the chocolate coating toppings) and mix
3. In a small bowl, combine chocolate coating ingredients and melt until fully melted
4. Using 8 muffin tins or molds, add an even amount of melted chocolate in each
5. Top with an even amount of raspberry filling
6. Place in the freezer to harder for a few hours
7. Once hardened, store in the fridge in an airtight container

1/4 cup coconut oil

1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 box gluten free cereal
3 scoops equip cookies and cream protein

Recipe:
1. Melt coconut oil, peanut butter, and chocolate chips
2. Pour cereal into a container, leaving space to shake
3. Pour melted mixture over cereal and shake to coat

Cookies & Cream....but make it protein-filled! 🍪

This Ninja Creami recipe is proof that high-protein can still taste like dessert. Made with Equip Cookies & Cream Protein (no gums, no fillers), a dairy-free base, and simple ingredients that spin up ultra creamy every time.

Recipe:
-55g yogurt of choice (I used coconut yogurt)
-120 ml milk of choice (banana milk = best texture for dairy-free)
-25g Equip Cookies & Cream Protein– available sweetened with coconut sugar + monk fruit or stevia
-Ceylon cinnamon (for blood sugar balance + flavor)
-Optional sweetener: monk fruit, stevia, maple syrup, honey, or coconut sugar

Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to your Ninja Creami cup and mix well.
2. Freeze for at least 6 hours.
– If freezing 6 hours: thaw 5–10 minutes
– If freezing overnight: thaw 10–15 minutes
3. Spin on LITE Ice Cream.
4. If it comes out powdery, add a splash of milk and re-spin.
5. Add mix-ins (I used gf/df/rsf “Oreo”-style cookies) and spin on Mix-In.
6. Top as desired — Option to add cookies & cream granola butter + extra cookies

False! You may have seen terms like “pasture-raised” and “grass-fed” on protein labels, but they point to different farming practices.

Grass-fed refers to the animal’s diet. Grass-fed animals eat grass and forage rather than grain-heavy feeds, aligning with how ruminants are naturally meant to eat. In some systems, animals may consume grass for most of their lives while receiving supplemental feed at certain stages, without compromising quality.

-3 spoonfuls of Plain Greek Yogurt
-1/2 tsp Vanilla
