How to spot when a spiritual or wellness practitioner might not be safe for your body, mind, or spirit.

• Claims one thing will fix everything (illness, emotions, spiritual growth).
• Says it works for everyone, without exceptions.
• Uses language like “This is all you need” or “You’ll be healed instantly.”

• Won’t share ingredients, sourcing, or lab test results.
• Avoids explaining how something works.
• Uses mystical language to avoid answering direct questions.

• Visibly unwell, low energy, or unhealthy appearance.
• Symptoms they ignore or deny (e.g., bleeding, weight loss, skin issues).
• Their lifestyle doesn’t align with the wellness they promote.
