Winter invites us to slow down, turn inward, and listen more closely. This Half Day Retreat is designed as a spacious, restorative container to reconnect with your inner world — not to fix or push, but to soften, clarify, and allow what’s ready to emerge.
Rather than outward striving, this afternoon is about deep nourishment from the inside out. Through ritual, movement, stillness, and contemplation, we’ll create space to meet yourself honestly and gently — and to reconnect with the quiet intelligence that guides your life beneath the noise.
This retreat weaves together kundalini, yin, and meditation to support nervous system regulation, subtle energy activation, and deep rest. While the focus is inward, the experience is held in community — offering the quiet comfort of being witnessed and supported without expectation.
Retreat Flow
1:30–2:00 pm | Arrival & Grounding
Arrive early to settle into the space, find your seat, and transition out of the day.
2:00–2:45 pm | Cacao Ceremony & Intention Setting
We’ll open with ceremonial cacao to soften the heart, connect inward, and set intentions for the afternoon.
2:45–4:15 pm | Kundalini Practice with Alexandra Hulme
A powerful yet accessible kundalini practice designed to awaken energy, clear stagnation, and support deep inner connection. Expect breathwork, movement, mantra, and meditation.
4:15–5:15 pm | Yin Yoga with Morgan O’Hare
A slow, grounding yin practice to nourish the nervous system, open connective tissue, and integrate the energetic work through stillness and sensation.
5:15–6:00 pm | Tea Ceremony Meditation & Journaling
We’ll close in silence with a guided tea meditation. Tea will be served mindfully as you sit, sip, reflect, and journal — allowing insights to settle naturally. Space will be held for quiet contemplation, followed by gentle connection as we close.
This Half Day Retreat is for anyone feeling called to slow down, reconnect, and do meaningful inner work — without needing to have answers or goals. Come as you are. Leave more connected to yourself and what matters most.
