Courtney Titus Coaching Holistic Health & Intimacy coaching. Inspiring you to get reconected to nature, your body and its cycles. No one diet works for everyone.

It’s rare for anyone to get an hour to work on their nutrition and goals with a trained professional. As a Health Coach, I create a supportive environment that will enable you to achieve all of your health goals. I have studied all the major dietary theories and use practical lifestyle coaching methods to guide you in discovering which approach works best for you. In addition I have a background in fitness and understand how to treat the body as a whole, mind, body and spirit. Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline. I will guide you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

Right now there are Tibetan Buddhist monks in a temple in the Himalayas endlessly reciting mantras for the cessation of your suffering and for the flourishing of your happiness.

Someone you haven't met yet is already dreaming of adoring you.

Someone is writing a book that you will read in the next two years that will change how you look at life.

Nuns in the Alps are in endless vigil, praying for the Holy Spirit to alight the hearts of all of God's children.

A farmer is looking at his organic crops and whispering, "nourish them."

Someone wants to kiss you, to hold you, to make tea for you.

Someone is willing to lend you money, wants to know what your favorite food is, and treat you to a movie.
Someone in your orbit has something immensely valuable to give you — for free.

Something is being invented this year that will change how your generation lives, communicates, heals and passes on.

The next great song is being rehearsed.

Thousands of people are in yoga classes right now intentionally sending light out from their heart chakras and wrapping it around the earth.

Millions of children are assuming that everything is amazing and will always be that way.

Someone is in profound pain, and a few months from now, they'll be thriving like never before. From where they are, they just can't see it.

Someone who is craving to be partnered, to be acknowledged, to arrive, will get precisely what they want — and even more. And because that gift will be so fantastical in its reach and sweetness, it will quite magically alter their memory of angsty longing and render it all "So worth the wait."

Someone has recently cracked open their joyous, genuine nature because they did the hard work of hauling years of oppression off of their psyche — this luminous juju is floating in the ether, and is accessible to you.

Someone just this second wished for world peace, in earnest.

Some civil servant is making sure that you get your mail, and your garbage is picked up, that the trains are running on time, and that you are generally safe.

Someone is dedicating their days to protecting your civil liberties and clean drinking water.

Someone is regaining their sanity.
Someone is coming back from the dead.
Someone is genuinely forgiving the seemingly unforgivable.
Someone is curing the incurable.

You. Me. Some. One. Now.

Client Testimony:
“In our initial conversation, I was explaining I want to lose weight but that at 70 years of age, I had been drinking alcohol steadily for about the past 50 years, rarely if ever missing a day, and continuing to drink more heavily as time went on.
You described to me how the program works, and I asked if that would require me to stop drinking. You said that is absolutely required, and that if I can't commit to that it is a deal-breaker. I then explained that regular drinking had become such a major part of my lifestyle, and my social life, that I did not think I could stop.
That's when you told me something I don't think I'll ever forget. You asked if the reason I drink is because I like to have fun being with people, and I realized that was a big part of it. You told me to try an experiment. It was Christmas season at the time, and I had a ton of parties on calendar. You suggested I try, at just one party, to not drink and see if I could still have fun being with people.
I tried your advice at the next party I attended and was amazed that I was able to enjoy being with people just as much, if not more, without drinking any alcohol. Because of that experience, I decided to just stop drinking for a while. Since that day, I have now gone 4 years without any alcohol. I am feeling better than I have in a long time, and I am having just as much fun with life as I ever did. (Maybe more). I am also down 25 lbs, working with a trainer 3 times and feel the best I have in 20 years!
I guess every once in a while a sort of random experience can have a profound influence on your life. I am most grateful to you for your valuable insight, and look forward to having you for my weight-loss coach. If there is a life-coach Hall of Fame, let me know and I'll vote for you!”

LONG HAIR
Traditionally, long hair was always a symbol of masculinity. All of history's great warriors had long hair, from the Greeks (who wrote odes to their heroes' hair) to the Nordic, from the American Indians (famous for their long shiny hair) to the Japanese. And the longer and beautiful the hair was, the more manly the warrior was considered. Vikings flaunted their braids and samurai wore their long hair as a symbol of their honor (they cut their braid when they lose honor).
When a warrior was captured, his mane was cut to humiliate him, to take away his beauty. That custom resumed in what is today military service. There when new soldiers begin their training the first thing they do is cut their hair to undermine their self-esteem, make them submissive and make them see who's boss.
The Romans were the ones who "invented" short hair so to speak, between the 1st and 5th centuries AD.. In battles they believed this gave them defensive advantages, since their opponents couldn't grab them by the hair. This also helped them to recognize each other in the battlefield.
Short hair on men is a relatively new "invention" that has nothing to do with aesthetics.
But today we often see men being humiliated, sometimes called "gay" for wearing long hair, not knowing that short hair is actually the "anti-masculine" and is a repressive social imposition, while long hair symbolizes freedom
