"Is this normal?" 🩺

In 25 years of reproductive medicine, that is the question I have answered more than any other. At every appointment, from every patient, in every stage of their journey.

And my answer has always been the same: compared to what?

Here is what I mean by that, and why it matters so much:

"Normal" in medicine means "within the range observed across a studied population." It is a statistical concept. It tells you where your result sits relative to thousands of other people's r

I don’t talk about this part of my story often…

I was diagnosed with MS at 20.
Years later, with a TSH of 156, I somehow conceived my son.

Both of my babies were born at home with the same midwife—an experience that shaped so much of how I see women’s health (even with challenges, including my son being born with sepsis).

Before building Conceivable, I spent years in the birth world—
attending hundreds of births as an acupuncturist, helping induce thousands more, and training practitioners in acupuncture for labor and delivery. I was also one of the first board-certified reproductive acupuncturists in North America.

All of it changed how I understand the body, fertility, and what women actually need to feel supported.

I shared more of this journey on the Becoming Parents: Birth Stories & Birthwork Wisdom podcast with Jennifer Campbell 🤍

The supplement aisle is lying to you. 💊

Not maliciously. It just wasn't built for you. It was built for everyone — which means it was built for no one.

Here's what nobody tells you about fertility supplements:

🚫 The wrong form of folate doesn't absorb the same way
🚫 The wrong dose of iron can actually impair ovulation
🚫 Herbs that help one woman's hormones can tank another's
🚫 CoQ10 at 30mg (grocery store dose) does basically nothing
🚫 Supplements that work in month 3 of trying are different from month 12

Your body is not the same as her body. Your PCOS is not the same as her PCOS. Your luteal phase, your temps, your energy, your cycle length — all of it is telling a specific story about specific underlying issues that need specific support.
Generic supplements give your body generic results. ✨

We built the Conceivable quiz because personalization isn't a luxury in fertility — it's the whole point. 14 questions about what your body is actually doing. One protocol built around exactly what you need right now.

Not what worked for someone in a Facebook group. Not what your doctor handed you a pamphlet about. Yours. 💙

👇 Take the quiz below — 2 minutes, completely free, and it might be the first time someone has actually looked at your whole picture.

Thrilled to join Dr. Susan Fox on the HealthYouniversity podcast for a deep dive into the future of women’s health.

What if we stopped treating women’s health as a collection of separate issues and instead approached it as one connected system?

In this episode, we discuss how blending Traditional Chinese Medicine, modern clinical care, and AI can amplify what great practitioners do best: spotting patterns, guiding behavior change, and delivering truly personalized care.

At Conceivable, my mission has always been to make expert-level women’s health care more accessible, individualized, and focused on meaningful results.

Huge thanks to Susan for hosting such an important conversation.

Stop tracking your fertility. Start understanding it.

Tracking tells you what happened. It does not tell you why. It does not tell you what to do about it. It gives you a number and leaves you alone with it at 2am googling yourself into a panic spiral.

Your period app knows your cycle length. It does not know that your short luteal phase is why you keep losing pregnancies in the first weeks. It does not know that your low temps after ovulation mean your progesterone is tanking. It does not know that your irregular cycles are a metabolic issue, not a scheduling problem.
Data without context is just noise.

Your body is not a calendar. It is a system. And systems do not need to be tracked. They need to be understood, supported, and given what they actually require to function.

We built Conceivable because 25 years of clinical practice taught me that the women who get pregnant are not the ones with the best charts. They are the ones who finally understood what their body was trying to tell them — and did something about it.

Stop tracking. Start knowing.

Menopause isn’t something to just “push through.” It’s something we can actually feel good in—when we understand what’s going on in the body.

I joined Susan LoPresti on the Wellness: Mind, Body & Soul podcast to talk about what really drives symptoms in midlife—and what actually helps.

We get into:
✨ why stress, sleep, and blood sugar matter more than ever
✨ what’s really behind brain fog, weight gain & hot flashes
✨ simple, realistic shifts that make a difference
✨ and the mindset shift most women are never taught

This phase of life isn’t the problem—the lack of support is. And that’s what we’re changing.

Thanks for having me, Susan 🤍

ROOT CAUSE REVOLUTION

Finally, someone's talking about the elephant in the room. Trump's women's health summit is focusing on birth control skepticism and teen fertility education — and honestly? It's about time we started looking deeper.

I'm not here to debate politics, but I AM here for conversations about root causes. For too long, we've been slapping Band-Aids on symptoms instead of asking the hard questions: Why are PCOS rates skyrocketing?

Why are fertility issues affecting younger and younger women? What are we missing?

The truth is, hormonal birth control can mask underlying issues that affect not just your fertility, but your overall health and potentially your future baby's health too. (And before anyone comes for me — I'm not anti-birth control. I'm pro-informed choices.)

We need better education. Better tools. Better understanding of our bodies from day one. That's exactly why we built Conceivable — to give you the data and insights you need to make empowered decisions about your health, whether you're 16 or 36.

What do you think? Are we ready for more honest conversations about women's health?

Two words separate Conceivable from every other app in the women's health space. 🎯

We fix.

Not: we track. Not: we log. Not: we visualize your data in a beautiful graph and leave the interpretation to you.

We fix.

Tracking is valuable. I want to be clear about that. A consistent record of what's happening in your cycle — your BBT over six months, your cycle lengths across a year, your symptom patterns — is the foundation of any good clinical picture. We collect all of that.

But collecting da

Reproductive health is one of the most misunderstood areas of medicine—and it affects everyone, not just people trying to conceive.

I recently joined Lisa Franz on the Nutrition and Life Podcast to talk about what’s really happening with our cycles, hormones, and fertility—and why the answers are rarely found in trends or one-size-fits-all advice.

After working with thousands of women over the past 25+ years, one thing is clear:
your body is incredibly intelligent—but it needs the right inputs, support, and personalization to thrive.

In this conversation, we explore the deeper drivers behind cycle and fertility challenges, how lifestyle and environmental factors are shaping reproductive health today, and why individualized care is the future of menstrual and menopause wellness.

Whether you’re trying to conceive, navigating menopause, or simply want to better understand your body, this episode is packed with insights to help you take a more empowered approach to your health.

I loved joining Catherine Garrett on the Birth Trauma Stories Podcast for a thoughtful conversation about the future of women’s health.

We talked about my journey from practicing acupuncture to founding Conceivable, and how we’re using AI to transform decades of clinical fertility experience into a personalized “care team” for women everywhere. Because tracking data alone isn’t enough — women need guidance, context, and real support to turn insights into better health outcomes.

Thank you, Catherine, for having me and for holding space for these important conversations about women’s health.

Perimenopause doesn’t have to feel like a battle.

In Ep 354 of The Period Whisperer Podcast, I joined Bria Gadd for a powerful conversation about something most women are never taught:

You don’t need expensive testing.
You don’t need complicated hormone protocols.
And you definitely don’t need to suffer in silence.

We talked about:

• How cultural myths have shaped (and limited) the way women understand their cycles
• Why so many women have been misinformed or dismissed
• Small, simple changes you can start today to improve energy, mood, and hormone balance
• How to take back control of your body without overwhelm

Perimenopause is a transition — not a diagnosis.
And relief can start with small, intentional shifts.

If you’re ready for practical, empowering steps that actually work, this episode is for you.

What if fertility isn’t about doing more — but about doing what actually matters?

I loved this conversation on the Australian Weight Loss Surgery Podcast with Jacqui Lewis. We talked about why your menstrual cycle is a monthly health report card, why energy is the most important metric we track, and how “doing everything” for fertility can actually backfire.

After 25 years in women’s health, I’ve learned this: your body isn’t failing you. It’s giving you data. When we address the fundamentals — sleep, nourishment, stress, metabolic health — hormones follow.

This is the precision approach behind Conceivable Technologies — and why our AI-powered care model is changing how fertility support works.
