I’m excited to share that I recently had the pleasure of joining Citruslabs’ From Lab to Label podcast!

I had a thoughtful conversation with Susanne Mitschke about why fertility challenges seem to be rising. We also talked about how IVF has quietly become the default before many people fully understand what else may be affecting their ability to conceive or stay pregnant.

We explored how cycle patterns, daily habits, stress, and environmental factors shape hormone balance and egg quality, and why generic fertility advice often falls short. I also shared how my 25 years as a fertility acupuncturist guided the creation of Conceivable and our more personalized approach to fertility care.

If you’re curious about fertility, cycle health, or what options exist before IVF, this episode is well worth a listen!
