On this last day of my 45th revolution around the ☀️, I reflect on all the gifts this last year has brought me and set intentions for the next one.
In a way, it’s a new year, new beginning. And yet, I honestly have not one thing I want to change about my life (other than maybe making more 💵💰and traveling a bit more).
The year hasn’t been “perfect” or “easy”, but it has been fulfilling and mostly peaceful.
I feel an inner peace and wisdom that my younger self could only wish to feel. ✌️
More days than not, I spent this past year feeling energized, happy and content.
I spend most days doing what I love, helping others see their value and helping their bodies heal. 🫶🏽
I have gained an insatiable love for weight training 🏋️ and feel stronger than I ever have. 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽 thanks to all my trainers at for playing amazing music and pushing me beyond my self-imposed limits! 🚀
I have a variety of close friends that remind me of all the gifts I bring to the world 🌎
I have extra funds for fun trips and love watching my savings accounts grow and diversify 💰.
I see my family regularly and our relationships continue to evolve and strengthen.
I have amazing coworkers that always keep me on my toes with their attention to detail and put up with my scattered brain 🧠
I no longer strive to be the “It Girl” (I never was) nor to attain wealth and fame.
I feel seen and heard (for the most part). 👀
And I love my quiet, “clean” and artsy home life that I get to spend with 2 of the most amusing dogs 🐶 🐩 I know! They keep me on my toes for sure!
For the upcoming year, I’m focused on continuing to linger in the inner peace, growing the practice while introducing a host of new and exciting offerings/collaborations, and growing deeper in to relationships that bring joy. There will definitely be more travel and fun, more inward focus 🧘 and dancing! 💃🏻
Happy almost to me! Thanks for being a part of it all! Cheers to many more , returns!

SUCH A FUN DAY!!!
Was gifted a ticket to conference and WOWWWWW!!!!! HEART AND SOUL BROKEN OPEN!!!
The healers and modalities in this divine space resonate deeply! And now I’m thinking all physicians and healthcare practitioners should be trained in this way. 🤯🤯🤯🤯
Beyond grateful for the experience and to host the amazing for a night! Hadn’t seen her since leaving Albuquerque 10 years ago.
.
Just having a blast 💥 today - opening up to possibilities and opportunities to heal more deeply (myself and others) ❤️🫶🏽❤️

These reflections explain why I’ve always felt privileged to care for others as a physician. When it comes down to it, we are all the same - human.
Shabbat shalom!

(not verified) Pope Francis wrote this in the Hospital. ❤️
“The walls of hospitals have heard more honest prayers than churches...
They have witnessed far more sincere kisses than those in airports...
It is in hospitals that you see a homophobe being saved by a gay doctor.
A privileged doctor saving the life of a beggar...
In intensive care, you see a Jew taking care of a racist...
A police officer and a prisoner in the same room receiving the same care...
A wealthy patient waiting for a liver transplant, ready to receive the organ from a poor donor...
It is in these moments, when the hospital touches the wounds of people, that different worlds intersect according to a divine design. And in this communion of destinies, we realize that alone, we are nothing.
The absolute truth of people, most of the time, only reveals itself in moments of pain or in the real threat of an irreversible loss.
A hospital is a place where human beings remove their masks and show themselves as they truly are, in their purest essence.
This life will pass quickly, so do not waste it fighting with people.
Do not criticize your body too much.
Do not complain excessively.
Do not lose sleep over bills.
Make sure to hug your loved ones.
Do not worry too much about keeping the house spotless.
Material goods must be earned by each person—do not dedicate yourself to accumulating an inheritance.
You are waiting for too much: Christmas, Friday, next year, when you have money, when love arrives, when everything is perfect...
Listen, perfection does not exist.
A human being cannot attain it because we are simply not made to be fulfilled here.
Here, we are given an opportunity to learn.
So, make the most of this trial of life—and do it now.
Respect yourself, respect others. Walk your own path, and let go of the path others have chosen for you.
Respect: do not comment, do not judge, do not interfere.
Love more, forgive more, embrace more, live more intensely!
And leave the rest in the hands of the Creator.”

💥 We had a blast en Puerto Vallarta! 💥

I met so many amazing humans (from MDs to DCs to former nurses and empowered moms) who are living their dreams and helping others on their .
The stories are miraculous:
👨🏻 A 96 yo on man 6 Liter of oxygen on hospice transforming to mowing his lawn 🌱 within weeks
👁️ A young child’s eye being saved from needing an artificial eye after a direct trauma from a chicken 🐓 attack
🧍🏼‍♀️ A woman’s full body Edema (hello nephrotic syndrome!) healing overnight!
And on and on and on. Everyone here has a unique story!
To say these patches are miraculous is accurate! And you can potentially be your own boss with them and live your dreams too. (Takes persistence and dedication, but It’s possible!)
This company spoiled us rotten! And sharing it with my almost 80-yo dad was super special. Thank you 🙏🏽

From the mind and heart of one of my most favorite humans, who has a heart of gold, . We had a very candid and open discussion this past wknd at the conference about “Elite Medicine” and this post is the result.
It resonates 100%. Love you and your intrsopective, deeply-feeling heart, sister! You are such a gift andd im so honoredred to walk alongside you as colleagues and friends. 🌹🫶🏽

Last day at the AAEM Environmental Conference, and my mind is full. We’ve learned so much about the growing impact of environmental toxins, the failures of the EPA, FDA, and CDC, the long road ahead, and the undeniable connection between toxins and chronic disease. 🌎💔

I had a moment at lunch—questioning everything. The medicine, the science, the injustice, the cost, the frustrations with traditional medicine. It felt heavy. But the most beautiful, grounding thing was being surrounded by clinicians who share the same purpose. To love. To support. To heal. To offer something our patients are missing. ❤️

Sometimes, this work feels isolating. We are judged, dismissed, and criticized by our own. But standing in a room full of people who just get it—who refuse to stop fighting—it all becomes a little clearer. It reignites the fire. 🔥

Grateful for this community and the work we do. Thank you for showing up, for pushing forward, and for making a difference. 🙏🏽💪🏽

Stay tuned for the pearls we’ve learned—so many! ✨💡

100% agree.
Your health and happiness are a gift to others.
The healthier and happier you are, the more brightly you shine!

✨ And the more brightly you shine, the more the world benefits! ✨

I entered the medical/health world with a desire to focus on healing my own issues (there are many lol) and help others in the process.
And that’s exactly what I’ve been doing the last 25 years, with a very steep upgrade over the last few years and, specifically, more so even this past month.

I ❤️ sharing my journey with you all, and I’m excited for the next adventure, that seems to be happening without me, even trying.

So 🥂 to these upgrades and those to come!

I wish you and yours more fun adventures ⛰️ , more health, more happiness 🤩 , more inner ☮️ peace, and letting go of all the other things that get in the way.

Merry All The Things - 🎄 🕎, Kwanzaa, Festivus, Solstice, and Entry in to 2025! 🚀🚀🚀

Thanks for being on this ride with me!
Let’s blast of in to 2025 with positivity, joy and love for each other! 😍🫶🏽🚀🙏🏽🕎☮️🤩🥂⭐️💥🎉
