I LOVE the Thai pork soup, but doctor mine up to taste like Pho!!!

2 1/2 cups of water with packet and mix well in measure cup.
Sauté mushrooms in pan, add some soy sauce to mushrooms.
Add the soup mixture, squeeze in 1-2 limes, add cilantro, green onions and jalapeño slices.

YES PLEASE!! So good! 😋
