Austin Relationship Therapist

Austin Relationship Therapist I help clients overcome and release negative patterns in life and relationships, as well as resolve conflicts within themselves and with others.

I am a counselor/mediator who helps clients move toward more successful relationships. I also help clients who are going through the transition of divorce manage the understandable emotions that arise during the divorce process, minimize the potential negative effects on themselves and their children, and negotiate workable agreements; as either a therapist, a parenting coordinator/facilitator or a family mediator.

I am reading a book entitled "The Twelve Powers" by Charles and Cora Fillmore and came across a sentence that reminds me of the work I do with Resonance Repatterning. It reads as follows: (talking about mankind... "When he attains a freedom in the expression of the qualities inherent in soul and body, he expands in power and can set free the elements universal and restore equilibrium between heaven and earth, or Spirit and matter". It is so wonderful to be able to assist others to attain this type of balance!! What a privilege!!

Parenting Facilitation recommendation I received. Thanks K
“If you are seeking the help of a parent facilitator I highly recommend Ms. Chesley Swanson. She has an innovative approach to dealing with high-conflict families especially where traditional parental education and mediation has failed. Ms. Swanson helped my high-conflict relation between my family and ex-wife through identifying disputed issues, reducing misunderstandings, clarifying priorities, exploring possibilities for compromise. She was very successful in getting everyone to talk and uncovered deep rooted issues, beliefs and misunderstandings which had previously prevented positive communications between all parties. In this case there was a positive result for our family. Kelly” January 22, 2013
