Instead of trying harder, muscling through, white knuckling and avoiding your emotions and body signals, in our groups, we learn and grow together in the skills of “trying softer” - embodying self-compassion towards our stories, our emotions, our self-talk, our bodies, and our relationships.

Click on the links below to learn more about our “Softer Together” groups and to request a free discovery call to find out if this group might be right for you.

We will be closing applications Friday, February 6 and will begin our 14 week groups the last week of February, ending by the last week of May.

As a straight woman and therapist who was raised in a conservative home, I am making my allyship public to help support the partner of my dear friend recovering from a painful surgery and so is temporarily unable to work. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏼

Anyone from the LGBTQIA+ community and allies are welcome to come for a safe, gentle nervous reset in a group ear acupuncture session this Sunday at 4- 5:30 pm.

Two other therapists who are also licensed to do 5NP ear acupuncture will be needling ears with me 😊 (See below posts for more info/ pics/ videos).

We will have limited spots so reserve your spot as soon as possible! $25 each is the suggested donation (more if it’s on your heart.) 100% of proceeds go directly to Jess!

Once you register, I’ll send you more info including where exactly to meet!

For anyone who is not in Austin and/or cannot attend and would like to donate, I will put her Venmo in the comments for those who would like to avoid the fees. Her “Go fund me” to read more is in comments as well.

Thank you for reading and considering (and sharing with others!)

PS. If any conservatives are genuinely curious to understand why I am an ally, you are welcome to private message me.re
