How it all began in 2012….. I had no idea back then the journey I would start and how many people I would help. Do I have a thriving Holistic Health Coach business today? No I don’t and I’m okay with that because I know I’m still on an upward trajectory and I still help people everyday. So in this new year focus on what you love to do and be of service to others. You never know where that will take you. ❤️

I added mediation to my morning routine this year in August as I was definitely struggling with life. How you show up can mean so many things. For me it starts with how I show up for myself. Do I quiet the inner critic? Do I make sure I set boundaries? Do I go to bed early enough that I wake up feeling rested? Then, after you show up for yourself, you can show up for others.
