Strong movement, great energy, and an awesome group of climbers 🧗‍♂️

Huge thanks to everyone who joined us at Mesa Rim for the Climber’s Mobility Workshop. We spent the hour breaking down mobility, control, and movement strategies that support pain-free climbing, better body awareness, and long-term performance on the wall.

From practical drills you can use between sessions to education around injury risk and climbing demands, it was great to see climbers taking an active role in how they move and recover.
