Tony Robbins says your #1 enemy is the stories you tell yourself.

Time and time again I see this is the BIGGEST thing that holds people back from their full potential.

You will ALWAYS find a story that reinforces what you choose to believe about your life.

Brutally examine every story you tell yourself and realize that 99% are completely made up and based on incomplete facts.

Bonus - that’s why coaching is so powerful. Half of these stories are cycles you’re stuck in and not even aware of.

Awareness is the first step.
Action is the second.

If you want to change your life, start by changing your story.

Whether you believe you can or you can’t, you’re right.

Bruh…this cycle is exhaustinggggg

You start off strong and commitment is high.

Then life happens.

Work gets stressful…
Your schedule blows up…
Your energy drops…

And suddenly you feel like if you can’t do everything perfectly…there’s no point in doing anything at all.

So you say ā€œf**k itā€ and quit (again).

Because the story you’ve been telling yourself is that doing this imperfectly means you’re failing.

Cause maybe it feels less like failing if you quit first šŸ¤·ā€ā™‚ļø

And bruh…that cycle is exactly what’s keeping you stuck.

I know cause I’ve been there.
S**t, we’ve ALL been there.
And I promise you…
The ONLY way out is THROUGH.

But you don’t get through anything by quitting when life gets hard.
Or convincing yourself that you have to be perfect or do it all.
ļæ½The goal is in learning how to keep showing up.
ESPECIALLY when life gets chaotic cause let’s be so fu***ng fr right now….there will ALWAYS be chaotic seasons of life.

Those of us who have made this a lifestyle aren’t successful because we don’t have chaos in our lives.
Of course we do.
We’re human.

We’re successful because we’ve learned how to keep showing up amidst the chaos.
Because we’re okay with NOT being perfect.
Because we adapt instead of quitting.
Because we ask for and accept accountability.
Because we’ve learned the tools that make it easier to make decisions that keep us on track (or keep us from falling off quite so far)

So when you hire a coach because you want someone to hold you accountable…

Know that we’re not holding you accountable to impossible standards or perfection…
You are (oof sorry not sorry lol)

We’re simply holding you accountable to not abandoning yourself when life gets hard.

Fact: every fat loss phase *needs* an exit strategy

Not having one is exactly why you’re losing weight and then gaining it all back again (or worse - gaining MORE back)

Josh and I worked together back in 2022 and in 2025 he came back to take things to the next level and prepare for his first bodybuilding show

There’s nothing better than knowing that we deliver such high quality coaching that our athletes come back for more

This time around, we’ve got our eyes set on the stage.

We started with our Assessment Phase to identify the variables that were holding back his progress (sleep, stress mgmt, recovery, training and nutrition protocols, etc)

Then Primed to fix them and in no time at all, progress took OFF cause his body was functioning like a well-oiled machine with the habits, routines, and mindset to match.

Once that foundation was built, we went into his Transformation phase > fast forward and 6 months later he’s up a SOLID 15lbs and holding VERY strong body composition (and yes cause I know you’ll ask - he is 100% natural)

A couple more months of growth before we start prepping for his prep (holding phase, lab work, etc) and I’m stoked to see what more we can accomplish

I could go on forever about Josh and the core of it all comes down to the fact that he’s incredibly hard working, resilient as hell, and one of the genuinely good hearted humans you’ll ever meet

I’m grateful to get to work with such good humans.

I’m big proud of you brother.

Let’s keep this momentum going.

You don’t have a willpower or motivation problem; you have a calendar problem.

Progress favors the prepared.

It’s easy to stay motivated and on plan when you set yourself and your day up so that the choices that keep you on track are prepared ahead of time.

No more ā€œI had a long day at work so I just grabbed something quick and easyā€ - cause when you plan for this, the right choice that keeps you on track is quick and easy

No more, ā€œsomething came up so I had to eat off planā€ - cause when you have the tools to adapt on the fly, you can hit your macros no matter what comes up

Planning and adaptability is the difference between those who succeed and those who stay stuck.

I’ll be the first to admit I’m not perfect.
But I’m sure as hell always prepared.
