What do you find the most EFFECTIVE with TRACKING APPLICATION and RESULTS with clients?   🤔

Here’s a few TIPS on how to make your TRAINING APPROACH as SCIENTIFIC as possible. ✅

1. Log high quality photo’s and video of clients posture, breathing, walking, and sprinting

• send the clients this data at the end of the session so they can get familiar with their bodies imbalances

2. Review with the client POSITIVE and NEGATIVE attributes about their structural integrity

• Educating them on what you see with their mechanics will allow them to understand…

✔️WHAT you are trying to achieve
✔️WHY you are going about it in a specific way
✔️HOW that looks.

• This will allow them to RETAIN INFORMATION and UNDERSTAND the process on a deeper level 🙌

3. Orient each session around a SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

• This will allow the client to have enough time to FULLY UNDERSTAND a concept that is being taught as opposed to INFORMATION OVERLOAD with various movements and concepts

4. Record homework on THEIR PHONE at the end of each session so they are held accountable 📱

• recommend having them create a folder specific to FP so they stay organized and focused

• recommend for the client to start a journal specific to their FP Journey

5. REVIEW the homework next session

• The client will only be as accountable as you hold them to be

• If they have made improvement, layer in a progression or translate the idea into another context

6. Have them TEST THEIR GAIT on the treadmill after exercise frequently so they can TRANSLATE the concept and connection into “realtime” 🏃

• if you see change with their mechanics record them on video and show them!

• clients will be very satisfied when they see their hard work paying off

7. TAKE NOTES at the end of each session 📝

• this can be done through video during the session by recording a specific movement or detailed dysfunction that you want to make sure you hit next session

• you can also write notes down to achieve the same self accountability

8. REPEAT STEPS 2 - 7 🔥

• continue to layer in more detail once the client has demonstrated competence on a specific objective

.martell.smith came to after a lifetime of pain from Osgood Schlaetter's and a more recent torn meniscus. 😣

He walked with a noticeable limp, experienced consistent dull throbbing pain at about a 4 on the pain scale that would occasionally jump to an 8, and he had very restricted range of motion in left knee flexion. 🪨

After 18 months of training he lives without pain and is able to sprint all out and do dynamic exercise without fear of injury.  Not only that, but he's improved his posture, decompressed his body, and added noticeable muscle mass. 🏃

- 6 MONTH POST TORN MENISCUS • PAIN LEVEL 4 - 8

Often times than not people tend to rush their workouts in a 30 minute window and are more focused on feeling better mentally, spiking their heart rate, releasing dopamine and getting that blood flow pump. 🏃🏼‍♀️

WE CAN AGREE THAT ALL OF THE ABOVE ARE IMPORTANT🙂

By orienting our training in a way that enhances our biomechanics and movement patterms we can not only reap the benefits from above but also...

Reposted from is the most undervalued company on the market. It's not a question of whether or not it's worth the money to do. It's more of a question of when society becomes mature enough to make effeciency the bedrock of it's decision making. All things said, people are flooding into FP right now. If there is one thing the fitness novelty machine is great at, its destroying human physiology. People won't be fools forever. They're starting to wake up and smell the function.

Relaxed posture after 12 sessions:
suffered from lower back pain 24 hrs a day (pain scale 8/10), thanks to training she is at zero pain 90% of the time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some improvements are:
✅ Reduced lordosis
✅ Lumbar decompression

That’s right! Just because you might be slow a LEARNER when it comes to BODY AWARENESS and MOVEMENT doesn’t mean you can’t ACHIEVE GREATNESS! 🙆‍♂️

Slow learners often times retain information for the long term which allows them to sustain results by continually progressing at a rate that might seem slow

BUT if you look at how much time you have to get where you want, you will realize

SLOW and STEADY creates SUSTAINABLE results 🐢 💯

So don’t get upset at yourself for the fact that you aren’t picking up on something quickly, especially with this type of training.

We are aiming to get your mind to download software upgrades in order to maximize your hardware’s potential 💻🤯

This is a difficult task for everyone as we are training the movements that your body is missing!

HOW TO KNOW YOUR TRAINING IS POSITIVELY IMPACTING YOU BODIES INNATE FUNCTIONS?

Does your training leave you feeling more ELASTIC, BOUNCY, and MOBILE when you are finished?

Or do you feel COMPRESSED, ACHEY, and STIFF?

If you fall under the NEGATIVE category your training might be causing DAMAGE to your body

If that’s the case we recommend that you have a GOOD LONG THOUGHT as to why you persist with these methods and SEEK out an FP PRACTITIONER to help get you onto a PATH OF REGENERATION

If you fall under the POSITIVE category then we ENCOURAGE you to take your observations to the NEXT LEVEL. 

Try recording your movements to see if there are any variables that can be improved

Like the ankle collapsing in or the lower back excessively swaying
