What Diana's Clinical Director says about Diana:
"Our work at ART is not possible without dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians like Diana. We can train and teach the science all day long, but it takes a special person with HEART for the job to make it impactful. She truly loves each and every client that she works with. I see it in the way she teaches and plays with our kiddos. Diana started as a behavior technician with no previous ABA experience. She fell in love with the day to day and grew into a phenomenal clinician. Diana is now in her final semester in her Master’s of ABA program and will become a BCBA by this summer! We are incredibly fortunate to have her a part of the ART team. She is an invaluable member of our family."

"When you love what you do it never feels like you’re working and I truly love working at ART and having the privilege of supporting children. Every day reminds me that progress doesn't have to be loud or fast to be meaningful. The smallest moments are huge victories, and being part of those moments is incredibly rewarding. Watching families gain confidence as their child learns to communicate, become more independent, or navigate daily routines is incredibly meaningful. The kids inspire me more than they'll ever know, and working alongside such compassionate, dedicated people makes every day meaningful. I'm beyond grateful to be part of a place where love, patience, and progress come together."
