What are some of Dr. Pearce biggest betrayals this year? Here’s the list!

Day 4 of 7 from recovering from Deep Neck Contouring with

The swelling is starting to improve and the bruising is getting more evident despite the massaging. I’ve got one more day till I have to go back to work so I’m hoping some more massage sessions at home will help make it all disappear!

On to Day 5 tomorrow!

Post op day 3 after deep neck contouring with

Quilting sutures are out! Things are so much better today. The swelling is probably at its peak but with the sutures out from under the chin things are much easier.

The quilting sutures help the skin reattach back to the muscles under the chin. This helps decrease the risk of developing a fluid collection where all the work was done.

On to day 4 tomorrow!

Post op Day 2 after deep neck contouring with

This is the day that the swelling and bruising are really kicking in. Haven’t needed any pain meds either. Not even tylenol or ibuprofen.

Plan for today is to keep going with icing and the compression garment. Let me know if ya’ll have any questions!

New Jawline reveal post op day 1 after deep neck contouring with

It’s a great learning process to be on the other side of one of these surgeries. To really get to understand what patients go through has been humbling and so educational.

The morning after my surgery wasn’t bad. I had woken up at 2 am to take some pain meds and that was it. I hadn’t felt like I really needed them after that.

This is just post op day one so I’m going to try and post the day by day experience for ya’ll to follow along with and eventually I’ll post what I’ve learned being on the other side of this.

4 things I quickly learned the first night after my deep neck contouring surgery.

Probably the most humbling was learning to sleep on my back. I tell this to my patients all the time and now I have a real understanding of how difficult it is if you aren’t a natural back sleeper.

Also the gas left over from using Renuvion is kinda fun. Feels like rice crispies under your skin.

Will post the new neckline soon!

What’s it like 5 hours after deep neck contouring with ?

It’s honestly not bad at all! Just a little sore and sleepy!

12/06/2025

got rid of my double chin! If you know me as a patient you know that neck contouring is one of my favorite procedures because I’ve always wanted it done.

Well this year was the year to have it done and I met with Dr Levesque to come up with a plan that would improve the over all contours of my neck but still get me back to work with just a little down time.

We settled on chin and neck lipo with deep neck contouring along with Vaser and Renuvion for skin tightening.

Looking forward to sharing this journey with ya’ll!
