This workshop can be supportive if you are feeling ready to move out of patterns that no longer serve you and let your body release what it has been holding. It offers space to ease built-up tension, metabolize excess energy, and settle your nervous system back into a steadier rhythm.

It is for anyone wanting to reconnect with themselves, restore a sense of calm and balance, and gently shift the emotional and physical weight of anxiety, trauma, or grief. Many people come seeking more resilience, more capacity, and a way to feel grounded again without forcing change.

If that feels familiar, this space may meet you where you are.

The weight we carry does not live in our thoughts alone. It settles into the body through tension, shallow breathing, and a nervous system that learned to stay braced.

Breathwork creates a way for that weight to move. As the breath deepens and the body feels safe enough to soften, stored stress begins to release, not by force, but by allowing the system to complete what it never got to finish.

What remains are the lessons. The awareness. The wisdom earned through experience.

Breathwork does not erase the past, it helps the body let go of the strain of holding it.

If this looks like something you need to start the year without carrying the weight of what has already passed, this may be the space your body has been asking for.

This breathwork workshop is designed to support your body where it actually holds stress.

Not by pushing for change, but by creating the conditions for regulation, release, and clarity.

People often leave feeling more grounded, less reactive, and more connected to themselves.

Tension softens. The nervous system settles. Old patterns begin to loosen their grip.

It can help you release what’s been building, reconnect with your body, and create space for steadiness and ease moving forward.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to show up and breathe.

Join us on February 28th, Saturday from 3 pm to 6:30 pm at Flow Yoga Westage in Austin TX to experience this for yourself.

Most people come to breathwork wondering what they’re “supposed” to feel.

The truth is, there’s no right experience. Your body responds in the way it needs to, at the pace that feels safe.

If you’ve been curious but unsure, this is a very gentle place to begin.

If you’ve been curious but unsure, this workshop is a supportive place to start. You don’t need experience, flexibility, or a certain mindset. Just a willingness to breathe and see what unfolds.

If it feels like the right time, you’re welcome to join us for our upcoming February breathwork session.

Sound has a way of meeting us where words can’t.

In these sessions, nothing is forced and nothing is rushed. We’re not trying to fix or perform or chase an experience. We’re simply creating the conditions for your nervous system to settle, for your body to listen, and for something inside to begin to reorganize in its own time.

Sometimes that looks like deep rest. Sometimes it looks like a release or a quiet insight. Most often, it feels like coming home to yourself in a way that’s hard to explain but easy to recognize.

This work is gentle, trauma-conscious, and guided by your system, not an agenda. And I continue to be in awe of how much can shift when we let the body lead.

Feel like you’ve done all the right things to change, but you can know exactly why you do something and still feel pulled into the same loop. That’s not a personal failure. That’s your nervous system doing its job.

In The You Project: Austin, we help you work with the part of you that reacts before you even think. The body patterns. The survival coding. The places that still tighten, brace, or shut down even when your mind “knows better.” When those parts start to feel safe again, the story finally gets to change.

If this hits home and you’re ready for something that actually lands in your system, save your spot today via the link in my bio.

The pattern of needing to be right is a very common pattern.

Not because people want to be stubborn or difficult, but because somewhere along the way, being right felt safer than being misunderstood.

Inside The You Project: Austin, we get curious about that.

Where it shows up in your body.
What it protects.
What it costs.
And what becomes possible when you don’t have to cling to it anymore.

It’s pretty amazing to watch someone realize that the world doesn’t fall apart when they soften. In fact, their relationships get easier, their body relaxes, and they start feeling more like themselves again.

If this sounds like a pattern you know a little too well, there’s a place for you in this work.

You can learn more in our bios whenever you’re ready.

If this lands in you, trust that. Consider this your invitation. ✉️

Moving from shadows to sunlight is not by becoming someone new. It’s about uncovering the place within you that’s been waiting for space to breathe again.

That is the journey we walk inside The You Project: Austin.

Our nervous system is shaped by repetition. Patterns formed in our early years that helped us survive what we once couldn’t control.

But those same patterns can keep running long after the circumstances have changed.

Breathwork opens a new dialogue with the body. A chance to question old patterns and remind ourselves that life is different now, that we have more capacity, more support, more choice.
From here, the body can finally slow down and feel.

It’s not always about creating new patterns. Sometimes it’s about remembering the ones that already know how to rest, connect, and be at ease.

The You Project: Austin isn’t therapy or coaching.

It’s a space in between.

It’s not about what needs fixing. It’s about what’s already whole.

This is where ancient wisdom meets modern neuroscience, where your body learns safety by feeling it, and change stops being something you chase. It becomes something you live.

If you’ve been craving growth that actually sticks, this might be the beginning you’ve been waiting for.
