Breathwork works as an ally to the nervous system.
Through intentional breathing, the system shifts out of survival mode and into a state where deeper layers can be accessed.
From there, the body can release, reorganize, and move what’s been held beneath the surface.
The breath isn’t forcing anything.
It creates the conditions for the body to do what it’s been trying to do all along.
