There are things in life, that happen everyday, that can get you down. But don't quit! Fight through the the people and things that get you down. There is always an excuse. But you have the choice to push yourself towards your goals. All it takes is 30 minutes of movement a day. Use that time to get away from it all. YOU CAN DO IT. No one is perfect, and there will be days you skip a workout or maybe you didn't eat as healthy. Just keep moving towards your goals. Strive to be better than the person you were yesterday; in all aspects of your life!
