I have partnered with Flourish Psychotherapy & Nutrition to create Nourish to Flourish: a six-week community program for people who are doing meaningful emotional work and want to understand how their body is influencing their mental health.

So this is 44.
It fees so strange to look at myself in this picture.
I see an aging body – one that is no longer that of an athlete.
A body currently going through hormonal shifts that, at times, leave her feeling helpless and like a stranger in the mirror.
I see the internal struggles of the last few years – moving from loving herself to hating everything about her.
But I also see the aftermath.
The beauty of the lessons she’s learned these past few years.
The renewed sense of self and love for life.
The new home outside of the city with beloved friends and community.
The unwavering love for her husband, a bond that seems to only get stronger.
The woman who relearning who she is and diving into life headfirst.
She’s becoming fearless – letting go of judgment and allowing herself to rest.
She has faith that life is always working for her – not to or against her.
And more than anything, I see the joy in her face.
This is 44.
