Join us on March 7 for a Somatic Sound Bath with Fabiana, a grounding experience designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reset.

This guided sound bath blends breath awareness with soothing instruments including the gong, chimes, and crystal bowls, supporting nervous system regulation and deep relaxation. Afterward, you’ll move into the Sauna Garden for a full sauna + cold plunge session to integrate the experience.

One of our favorite compliments we get isn’t about us - it’s about our plants! 🌿

We’re proud of the unique greenery we’ve brought to the Sauna Garden. Choosing plants that would thrive in Texas weather was a challenge, but we’re thrilled with how they’ve transformed the space.

Each plant serves a purpose: guiding the flow of the garden, separating us from the bustle of the city, and creating a peaceful retreat in the heart of it. The natural textures and colors bring a calming presence, inviting guests to relax and reconnect with nature.

Join us on 2.21.2026 for an evening of sound and restoration. 🔔

From 6–7 pm, Michael Enderle and George Schroeder will lead the Sound Medicine Wheel x SCHRÖDER Gong Exhibition, offering an immersive gong demonstration and an introduction to the instruments. Feel free to ask questions throughout.

Afterward, guests will move into a 75-minute sauna + cold plunge session to allow the body time to settle and fully integrate the experience.
