That simply means the company you are talking to owns a cremation machine located at one of their locations, though it may not be at the location you think your loved one is at. We pledge to your family to have transparency in caring for your loved one.

We are the only company that can Guarantee that when you call our firm your loved one is brought to our North Austin location, they are cared for and cremated all at our location. We never take your loved one to third party, another funeral home location or to an out of town crematory.
