Last Thursday, our Houston Clinical Outreach Specialist Kelsey had the pleasure of co-hosting a wonderful dinner alongside the team at Independence Heights Hospital- Acute Medical Detox.

We were honored to have Dr. Shah present on “The Neurological Framework for Recovery: Predicting Relapse from a Neurological Lens.” His insights into the brain, recovery, and relapse prevention sparked meaningful conversation and deeper understanding of how we can better support those on the path to healing.

It was truly an honor to help bring this evening together and collaborate with professionals who are passionate about advancing care in the recovery community.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this to learn, connect, and continue strengthening the network of support for those in recovery.

Last week we celebrated Kindness Week at Infinite Recovery — and our team showed up in the most beautiful way.

Across all of our locations, staff participated in daily challenges focused on spreading kindness throughout our community — to clients, to coworkers, and beyond our walls. The creativity, intentionality, and heart behind each act did not go unnoticed. Our team truly went above and beyond.

One location- Arrowpoint proudly took home the 🏆 Kindness Trophy, and our directors and managers selected one staff member from each location to receive the Kindness Award.

✨ Congratulations to Tyra and Craig ✨
You both consistently go above and beyond for our staff and our clients. Your leadership, compassion, and willingness to step in wherever needed embody the culture we strive to create every single day. We are so grateful for you.

Kindness isn’t just a theme for one week — it’s a practice. In the work we do, small moments matter. A calm response during chaos. A listening ear. A note of encouragement. A simple “I see you.”

The lesson?
Kindness is not extra. It’s essential.
It builds trust. It creates safety. It changes outcomes.

And when we choose it daily — especially when it’s hard — it becomes part of who we are.

Proud of our Infinite family. 🤍

STAFF SPOTLIGHT

We are so proud of our Clinical Outreach & Healthcare Education Manager, Alexis Royal, who represented Infinite Recovery in the Austin Half Marathon this weekend!

She ran alongside our friends at , and together they embodied what recovery makes possible — new experiences, new challenges, and new moments you never imagined you’d achieve.

In sobriety, these milestones become more than accomplishments… they become reminders of strength, hope, and the beauty of showing up for yourself and your community.

We’re incredibly grateful for our partnerships with other treatment centers and the teamwork, connection, and determination that make moments like this so meaningful.

We’re proud to be part of the kindness movement!

At Infinite Recovery, we believe kindness heals — in recovery, in relationships, and in everyday life. That’s why we’re honored to join efforts inspired by the mission of the Random Acts of Kindness Foundation – randomactsofkindness.org 💙

Kindness isn’t just a moment — it’s a practice that builds connection, strengthens community, and supports healing from the inside out. Whether it’s a smile, a supportive conversation, or a helping hand, small acts can create ripples of change.

Join us in spreading more compassion:
💙Tag someone who’s shown you kindness
💙Share a random act of kindness you’ve experienced
💙Let’s lift each other up today and every day

Because kindness changes lives — one act at a time. ✨

“Addiction only affects the person using.”

Not true.

Addiction impacts families.
Marriages.
Children.
Friendships.
Workplaces.
Entire support systems.

It creates stress, confusion, fear, and heartbreak far beyond the individual.
But here’s the part people don’t talk about enough:

Recovery heals families too.
When one person begins healing, communication improves.
Boundaries strengthen.
Trust can be rebuilt.
Cycles can be broken.

At Infinite Recovery, we know treatment isn’t just about the individual — it’s about restoring the whole system.

Addiction affects everyone.
Recovery can, too. 💚
